1. About us

This website (lusasystems.com) and the PIE Engine application are operated by Lusa Systems, a sole-proprietor IT consultancy run by Darren Storey, contactable at [email protected].

2. Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. Content on the website is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at unreasonable rates, or use it to send unsolicited communications to Lusa Systems.

3. PIE Engine application

PIE Engine is an internal-use automation tool. It does not provide services to external users; access is limited to Pinterest accounts that Lusa Systems itself controls. There is no public sign-up, account, or paid offering.

4. Consultancy services

Lusa Systems offers paid IT consultancy services on a per-engagement basis. Each engagement is governed by a separately agreed quote or statement of work, which together with these Terms forms the entire agreement between Lusa Systems and the client.

5. Liability

Lusa Systems' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always at lusasystems.com/terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Portugal, save where mandatory consumer protection law applies in the user's place of residence.
